Our opinion
When we integrated the SanDisk Extreme PRO into our photo travel kit, there were several aspects that really appealed to us. Firstly, its speed is a real asset: during burst shooting sessions or 4K videos, we never experienced jerks or cuts, which is crucial for well-captured memories. The granularity of the available capacities also enabled us to choose a card adapted to our file volume, which is handy when you can’t often download and empty cards. In terms of sturdiness, it has withstood a wide range of conditions, from hikes to humid climates, without a hitch. On the other hand, you need to remain vigilant about the authenticity of the model when buying online, as counterfeits can exist, and performance can sometimes be lower than advertised if the card or reader doesn’t fully support UHS-II speeds. Despite this, in our opinion, the stable performance and data security offered make it an excellent option for all travelers who want to focus their energy on their adventures rather than their files.
