Our opinion
During our travels, we’ve found that keeping all our digital accessories well organized and protected is essential when you’re on the move a lot. With an external hard drive, several USB-C/Lightning cables, adapters and a USB stick full of photos, leaving nothing lying around really does make a difference. This cable and hard drive case has enabled us to keep all our gear in one place, avoiding morning fights with tangled cables or frantic searching for the right adapter before a flight. The semi-rigid shell effectively protects the hard drive and accessories from the shocks of transport, and the sturdy zipper reassures when putting the bag in tight compartments. On the downside, some models are a little too compact, making it difficult to store large chargers or thick cables, and the lack of a carrying handle can be regrettable if you often pull your bag out quickly.
